Die Anzahl der zugelassenen per- und polyfluorierten Alkylsubstanzen (PFAS) umfasst derzeit mehrere tausend Verbindungen und w\u00e4chst stetig. Aufgrund der hohen Persistenz und Mobilit\u00e4t vieler PFAS-Substanzen sind sie mittlerweile ubiquit\u00e4r in der Umwelt zu finden. Dadurch stellen sie auch die Trinkwasserversorgung vor neue Herausforderungen, z.B. durch einen gr\u00f6\u00dferen technischen Aufwand f\u00fcr die Aufbereitung belasteter Rohw\u00e4sser.<\/p>\n
Die neue deutsche Trinkwasserverordnung (TrinkwV) enth\u00e4lt neue Grenzwerte f\u00fcr die Perfluorchemikalien (PFAS). Trotz der ausgewiesenen \u00dcbergangsfristen ist es aufgrund der hohen toxischen bzw. hygienischen Relevanz dieser Stoffgruppe sinnvoll, z\u00fcgig mit analytischen Untersuchungen und der Entwicklung von Ma\u00dfnahmenstrategien zu beginnen. Es sollten pr\u00e4ventiv Ma\u00dfnahmen ergriffen werden, wenn Handlungsbedarf besteht, um die hohe Qualit\u00e4t der deutschen Trinkwasserversorgung weiterhin zu sichern und die Verbraucher zu sch\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n
